Step-by-step guide to install fence wire clips like a pro!

First, Plan...

A little bit of preparation can make all the difference in your fence install!

Prepare

ALWAYS USE SAFETY GEAR, including safety-rated eyeglasses/goggles, heavy duty gloves, and thick long-sleeved shirts and long pants.

Mark Utilities

Call your local utility companies or 811 to have utilities marked, before you dig.

We highly recommend installing Fence Clips with at least two people (one person to tightly pull on the fence and one person to attach the welded wire fence to the fence)

Placement...

This guide will help you determine how many clamps you need, and how to install them:

Start

Begin at one end of your fence and unroll the new welded wire fence roll at least 16 feet. Give yourself some extra length and flexibility to work easier.

Align

Align the welded wire fence vertically, in line, with the first vinyl fence post. Although the Fence Clamp is installed along the rails of the fence, just the beginning and end of your welded wire fence are installed on posts.

Start attaching Fence Clips from the bottom of your fence roll, onto the first post. Work your way up the post, while pulling up, ensuring that the fence roll is perfectly vertical.
